At Bunty Pet Products, we want your furry friend to look their best and feel comfortable in our pet fashion. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the pet apparel is hair-free, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
